The project concept for West End Village was to develop both plan and elevation designs for a proposed live/work development. The style was intended to invoke a multi-building residential streetscape. The units incorporated a “work” space on the street level of the unit in order to allow the residents to enjoy the convenience of having businesses close to home, yet not within the living space of the unit. The corner unit would allow for a larger type business, such as a small retail establishment.
This mid-rise apartment elevation design was developed as a component of a request of a proposal for a potential development in India. The elevation was one of the deciding factors in the awarding of the project to the firm
