Addiego Residence:  The project scope was to design a 5,000 SF residence that incorporated an in-law suite, central courtyard and outside dining area in addition to the 3 bedrooms, media room, crafts room, and loft study. The courtyard and covered dining area were designed to take advantage of the Northern California climate and the desire to enjoy it in a more private setting in addition to the rear covered terrace.
